Lost Art Of:

First, let me explain something.  “Dance Till You FLY!” is sort of a metaphor.  It came to me in an “Aha Moment” and I haven’t tired of thinking, dreaming, or saying it since that moment happened.

The main purpose is to learn how to create simple daily habits that can be strung into three different routines.  It is as simple as that.  I want you to get carried away with the possiblities!  I want you to feel limitless!  Then I want you to choose at least one daily habit that will make you feel like you can “Dance Till You FLY!”  What I want you to do is remember all the lost art of some of the things you used to do that you enjoyed.  Then I want you to put this into your daily life!

When was the last time you read a book for fun?  What about lighting a candle of your favorite scent while you are cleaning up your kitchen?  I love doing that!  It makes me want to start to “Dance Till I FLY!”  In fact that is what I did the other night.  Granted it was very late but I just did not want to wake up to a messy kitchen.  It would just feel like a continuation of the day before.

Yes, before you all I will say there have been times I have left “Hot Spots” in my kitchen and gone to bed.  The one thing that I won’t do is go to bed without “Shining My Sink.”  So the point that I am wanting to make to you is pick something everyday that although you may not feel like doing it but I bet if you start to dance even just a little bit, before you know it you will FLY!  And what does FLY mean to me?  “First Love Yourself!”  I don’t think I would have come this far if I hadn’t started to “First Love Myself” even if I had to fake it till I made it.  Well that is what to “Dance Till You FLY!” means too!  Most things in life don’t come naturally.  That is why there are books and books on how to do it.  Actually all it is is picking one good thing, start practicing it as a habit and “Dance Till You FLY!”  These good habits you choose may not be ones you like at first but they are good habits and that is why if you start to dance till you FLY, you will then understand it being a good thing if you want to learn to “First Love Yourself!”
