Day 25 is simply that day 25. My mom left to go back home and I was finishing up my routines when I got a knock on the door and it was Beth one of my teenage neighbor girls that I haven’t seen forever. She is actually spending the night with me and wants to. First we caught up with things and I tried my hardest not to pry and I did well so I am thanking myself. She will be 18 next month so our relationship is different than it was when I first met her at 14. Then I got to thinking, this could almost be related to paper clutter!
As we deal with our paper clutter we actually do have a relationship with it and it changes as we declutter it! My paper clutter today is so much different than the paper clutter I was dealing with and having a relationship with the beginning of the month. In the beginning it was paper clutter that was emotional. Now it is just keeping the paper clutter habit going each day.
I realize this is very late and thought about putting Day 25 and 26 together and was actually going to. Then I checked my messages before going to bed, she is watching a movie, so here I am. Have I done any paper clutter today? There just wasn’t time with the way the events have happened, BUT before I go to bed I can go to my email and delete 3 pages! How long will this take me? 2 minutes at the most? Yes, that is what I am doing for my Paperless Clutter on Day 25. Right after that, I must begin my Before Bedtime Routine that takes approximately 15 minutes and it is late so it is important for me to do both and that is what it is all about. Just keep doing some part of it everyday. It is better than nothing! I am off to declutter 3 pages of email and do my BBR. Neither do I want to do honestly but I know it is necessary if I want tomorrow to go better.
