MARILYN’S WAY Renew Your Spirit Day. I started to write something and then found it to be whining so I deleted it. Have you ever started your day, find it isn’t going the way you want it to? What do you do? For myself, I have learned to give myself permission to start my day over. Some days and today is one of them, I may have to give myself permission to start over more than once. I am in a fibro flare that is affecting my neck and shoulders and it is making it difficult to fly. So how do I get through this? By doing anything for 15 minutes. Then take a break for 15 minutes. Repeat again. This is truly the day that what I call basics of always, always doing to keep flying comes into play. We are all going to have days like these and this is when we must fly a bit differently. While you are at it, Renew Your Spirit Today!
