MARILYN’S WAY   Renew Your Spirit Day.  That is exactly what I will be doing.  It was a challenging week for myself and now know even more the importance of renewing your spirit.  I believe there is one person that did just that on the 7th Day.

I will get to Day 400 this week of consecutively posting a mini blog daily.  I am considering to do just what this person did and that is take a day of complete rest on Sundays and not post on this day in the future.  It isn’t set in stone but is a perfect day to think about this since it is April Fool’s Day.

My family is celebrating Easter today at my brother’s farm.  There will be an easter egg hunt and today will be the day that I am introduced to the “Twin Baby Calves.”  I can’t wait to see this miracle.  I promise I will take pictures to share with you all that you can share with your family if you would like.  Baby calves means Spring to me.  Last year calving season was very turbulent because of snow blizzards.  My brother lost calves and cows due to this.  This year however is going extremely well!  He and his daughter Mindy are preparing also for a cattle sale for next Saturday.  They usually tame the animals so they can show them.  They have some very nice ones.  I am so proud of my brother for what he has built and they were “Baby Steps” all the way!  He started with nothing and through jobs saved up money to buy his first herd.  He works in an Elevator today and the cattle so he has to be aware of the motto “What Matters Most.”  Cattle need to be fed every day and that is a routine in which I am sure he has his specific habits that are strung together to perform just this routine.  There are others.  

Enjoy your day.  I plan to enjoy mine.  And please, “Take Time To Renew Your Spirit” at least one day a week For those that work today, designate a day just for this and it will make your week go better.
