Friday is here again and this weekend we will be observing Memorial Day. My project today was to finish mowing the yard so this will be published later in the day.
The grass seems to have grown overnight. All we needed in South Dakota was sunshine and a little heat. I could almost sit and watch the fern on the north side of my house unfold and stand tall.
I wore my pedometer to see how many steps it takes to mow my yard. It makes sense now why I have a hard time in the beginning of the season to mow it all at once. My total steps equal out to be 6000, therefore it is a little over 2 miles! I mowed this morning something new for me. Usually it is late afternoon or early evening. It is quite a workout for this 50 something gal! Let’s get to the Friday’s Weekly Wrap Up.
Monday – Week 3 of Marilyn’s Way Dance Till You FLY! Series was about how one gets to a place that they are googling an easy way to get rid of clutter and get organized. It is simple ‘Living In Chaos’.
I gave you a scenario as to the shape your house has become and also with you. Both sneak up on themselves as we are living our lives. We have taken too much on in life and it has put us with our pile of clutter.
In the post I explained a way to help you get out of this ‘Chaos’. I gave you a tool that will help you on your journey in which I will be discussing in detail on Monday.
Tuesday – I showed you how I was able to come up with a way to make gardening more enjoyable and to continue to write as well. It was called Gardening The PTL Way. It is very simple that saves time and assists with decision making.
Wednesday – I wanted to do something different so I took a small adventure. You can read it in An Adventure With A Surprising End! I had hoped more read it and here is your chance. Maybe it isn’t the right title. It is a good read that will take you back in time.
This is how my week stacked up. Next week is going to be a very busy one. I hope to get my vegetable garden in and will show you how I do it in a later post. This week I have been planting flower seeds in various gardens. I have some seedlings that are almost ready to be transplanted.
I hope you stop by again. I am looking forward to the summer and sharing the projects I have lined up. I will be showing you how I am able to do all that I do in spite of having Fibromyalgia with Marilyn’s Way Dance Till You FLY! Series. Have a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend! That is my next stop. I will be putting flowers on the graves of friends and family I have lost and reflect on my life and what I have done with it up to today.
