Habit #1 Getting Dressed To Shoes Series-Three Years Four Days

TUESDAY, MARCH 4TH  3 Yrs 4 Days GTDS ‘FREESTYLE DAY’  I love Freestyle Day!  It give me a chance to try a few things differently only to realize I had it right the first time and so I am starting a series of Getting Dressed To Shoes Hair and Makeup. 

It has been a rough winter for so many of us including me.  I may not have always put my makeup on every day but I have been getting dressed every day.  My hair is long and dark, I have gained 7 lbs now.  Spring is going to be here before I know it and I am not going to feel ready.  Do I look like I have these kinds of problems today?  Not really because I have accepted the state that I am in and my nemesis  ‘Fibromyalgia’ has played Havoc to my body this winter and am not going to give in.  I didn’t even realize how much pain I was really in until I went to the doctor yesterday.  I want to say I will Never do that again but I know better.  

It is the same way with Flying.  We are not going to get it right all the time.  We can choose what it is that we will commit to and I have committed to more habits than I realize.  It has averaged about 7 of the 9 habits.  Out of these habits I have chosen habit 1, 2 , 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9.  These are the ones I do daily.  I don’t need to do habit 4 daily.  It is usually every other or three days.  I am horrible when it comes to eating early and it will be something I will work on.  So today I am challenging you to take a ‘3 Day Challenge’ to begin to practice the nine habits each day every day and see how you feel at the end of this time period!
