MARILYN’S WAY  Weekly Home Blessing.  I hope everyone had a great weekend because Monday is here! One of the things I do on Sunday is some planning for my coming week and this week is going to be busy.  I am very committed in setting aside specific days for weekly habits.  It makes me feel grounded.  This week, however will have a slight change and that is today I will be going to town to get my hair cut and wash my clothes.  Thursday I go to town to spend with my mom celebrating her 76th birthday.  This means that my Weekly Home Blessing will have to be broken down into doing one each day and it is something that is manageable.  So I guess what I am saying is many times we create havoc for ourselves when it really isn’t necessary.  I even bet I could do one load of laundry today and one on Thursday!  See!  All this worry for nothing.  It has been hard since my washing machine quit but I am managing.  I will be excited when I am able to get one again.  Maybe in the next month.

Please everyone, would you do one thing for me today?  Let go of your Perfectionism and have some fun FLYing!  Much of FLYing is learning how to look at this thing we call housekeeping.  We all have to do it in order to run a smooth home, why not change the attitude to having fun.  Get involved on the Flylady Page or if you wish to fly in secret away from your family and friends,  go to  Closed Group Marilyn’s Way and “Ask To Join.”  Supporting each other keeps you out of isolation and maybe some of the things you worry about may not be necessary anyway.  For example,  one flybaby was swamped with 10 loads of clothes.  We as a group talked to her about it to find many of them were to be donated and she was going to wash them first.  Another flybady said, “Don’t worry about washing them.  They do it there and usually people that get the clothes wash them again.”  This is something I learned new.  Now, don’t donate something with chocolate stains.  That probably needs to go in the trash.  I am sure you are understanding what I mean.  When that flybaby learned of this news you could see her “FLYing High” in her corner of the world.  There are no dumb questions so ask away!  We all as a group from around the world want you to find “Peace.”  That is what Flylady wants for you!
