This is what I had to tell myself today. Not all days will go as planned. Now that I understand this I can tell myself to just keep going. You are never behind and dance till you FLY! For some reason this is working.
I am having a late dinner and that was not in the plan but I am going to just keep going. I am having a pork loin steak and carrots from my garden. I know it is not the best time to eat. I also know if I don’t eat, my tomorrow may not start so well because I didn’t get proper nutrition. I had my usual steel oats with berries around 11am.
My downfall is frozen chocolate yogurt. I just can’t seem to give it up so I am going to have to downsize that. What I am really having a difficult with is chocolate. I gave up peanut butter. Am I going to have to give up chocolate too? Not today. I have made a deal with myself and it is smaller proportion. Once I am done with my dessert it is all about the Before Bedtime Routine. I am going to get that done and relax watching a movie. Then what is next will be something new for the very first time. I am going to do Jane Fonda’s new Yoga Dvd for pm before I go to sleep. My goal is to get off of Facebook at the very latest 10:30pm and I have an alarm that goes off. That is probably when I will do the yoga. It’s all new but I do believe if I just keep going and tell myself I am never behind, I will be able to dance till I FLY!
