Random Thought: What Is Next?

Monday is almost finished.  How did your Monday go?  Mine has been different.  I am looking at making some changes and today I have begun this process.  I have two areas I want to be working on.  They are getting my weight down for my height through nutrition, exercise, and everything that goes with it and working on my gardening skills.

Today I am the heaviest I have been in many years.  I have been watching what I eat and started a Daily Food Journal.  However, I simply continue to hover a 3 pound difference.  The other day I thought I broke my plateau.  Today I am hovering again  with these 3 pounds.  This is a challenge to say the least.

One of the things that I must change is my reasoning for weightloss and getting back in shape.  It is different than it was 10, 20, and 30 years ago.  Today I am still searching for what I feel will be my platform for this challenge. Once I have it figured out, I will share it with you.

Gardening is the other focus.  I will have a vegetable garden like I did last year.  This year I would like to focus getting familiar with types of flowers and plants I would like to experiment.  My platform for this is simple.  I want to spend as much time outside as I possibly can with the season upon us.  I spent five years being indoors during the summer because of health reasons.  This will be my third year to be able to spend time outside and I want to take advantage of it.

Look for changes to come here.  I hope by me finding my own way through Marilyn’s Way you will be able to find your own way.
