Exercise! I Can Show You How!

Today what I want to accomplish is doing this 20 minute workout.  I thought it would be really easy to do this and the workout itself is.  You feel so good when you are through with it.  It is like a great stretch in the morning when you were younger and nothing really hurt. Yes, that is me as a baby full of hopes and dreams.  For today I just want to do this workout.

Twenty minutes isn’t long when you think about it but why haven’t I done it yet?  I think it is just my attitude towards exercise DVDs.  I usually choose ones that are too difficult and feel defeated.

So how am I going to overcome this?  I am going to have to practice telling myself that I know I can do this because I have and never went into any Fibromyalgia Flare.  Well, I already have the DVD loaded in the player, I figure why don’t I just take the approach”Dance Till You FLY!”  That’s exactly what I am going to do!  Why don’t you find a DVD that is only 20 minutes long and one that will make you feel good and accomplished! So to get in motion-
