There are times when we get into a Marilyn’s Way Slump.  We don’t mean to.  It’s like clutter.  It creeps up on us.  There are many reasons we fall into this slump.  I could write pages of the reasons why, but that will not help anyone including myself.  So I am giving you five ways to Jump Start Marilyn’s Way.

5.  Get Moving!!
I am not asking you to do this everyday.  Yes, it would be nice, but then we are getting ahead of ourselves and isn’t that what got us into a slump in the first place?  All I am asking of you to Jump Start Marilyn’s Way again is do these five things.  I hope it has the same effect on you as it did on me because our next habit for June is Drink Your Water.  I started a day earlier to increase my water and decrease my coffee.  It was just what I needed to get out of my slump!  Yes, flysisters, the five ways to get out of a Marilyn’s Way Slump and Jump Start Marilyn’s Way again are Habits!  Who knew it could be this easy?

  1. Yeah for drinking more water in June!!! I need that habit. I worked hard on Moving in May and I think that’s been great and hope to keep going. But I do need to drink more water.

  4. Great tips! When I need to jump start Flylady, I go play Flylady Bingo on Facebook and for each number I pick a room of the house to work in for 15 min. If I don’t want to play Bingo, I use Flylady’s crisis cleaning to get instant gratification and motivation. I just cannot endure the baby steps. I know they work for so many, but they go too slowly for me.
